THURSDAY'S QUESTION OF THE DAY

Recently, as a newbie Book Reviewer, I have been offered the opportunity to meet with some awesome book authors. You can see our video interview with Kristi Cook who wrote Haven (click here), and recently some of the ladies at GoodChoiceReading went out to the launch party of Haven (check out the photos!). And finally, Lisa @ GCR actually posted a blog about her bucket list of authors she'd like to meet (check it out).

That got me thinking...what author would I love to meet? And I mean, we read some amazing stuff everyday, but who would I be dying to meet and what would I talk with them about? I think the answer would have to be Stephen King. I haven't read all of his books, but the ones I have are incredible and so unique. I'd love to talk to him about where he gets his ideas, and how he makes them seem so real!

Thursday's Question of the Day for you all out there: What author would you love to meet? And what in the world would you talk about?!

LET ME KNOW!!

  1. I think I would love to meet Sue Monk Kidd, author of The Secret Life of Bees and The Mermaid Chair. The Secret Life of Bees is one of my all-time favorite novels! I would ask her what women have inspired her to create such strong female characters, especially the group of sisters in The Secret Life of Bees.
