This book was ok. I am not a bit fan of falling in love after just one night of sex. I felt like it was just too rushed and there was not a strong connection between the reader and characters.
I did like that Seb, liked Amy for Amy. Not for her body and did not just want a fling with her. He was loyal to her once they got together. I also liked how Seb tries to make Amy feel special and attractive.
I wish there was more to the story so that the relationship had time to develop. There was also a lot of sub characters I would have liked to know more about.

I almost got this one until I had seen how long the book is and thought that that wasn't enough to develop a relationship. Now I know I was right:)
ReplyDeleteI hate when you're excited for a book and it doesn't even meet your expectations for it. This is too bad, because characters are the defining principle of the story; if you can't connect with them, then the story itself is a failure.
