Jodi Picoult Teen Novel / The Disenchantments / Graphic Novels

This Saturday we'd like to share THREE pieces of news for you....

Jodi Picoult is a best-selling author who has nearly 14 million copies in print world-wide.

But Between the Lines will be her first ever book geared for teenagers and it is co-written by her daughter, Samantha Van Leer. The book focuses on Delilah, a teenage bookworm who can't get enough of one book in particular. When the hero of that book, Prince Oliver, literally speaks to Delilah, she learns that the Prince is actually a teen boy trapped in the book against his will and hates that his life must follow a pre-determined plot.

As Delilah fights to free Oliver from the pages, a romance blooms between them, and their journey tests everything they know about destiny and their place in the world.

I Love This Book Idea - Will You Be Checking This Out?

Thanks to MTV, I found this cool trailer for a novel called The Disenchantments. According to their website, "The book is a must-read for anyone who's ever fallen in love over a song - or even worse, with a musician."

What Do You Think of the Trailer?

Girl With The Dragon Tattoo - Graphic Novel!
D.C. Entertainment, best-selling comic book and graphic novel publisher, announced yesterday that that a graphic novel based on Stieg Larsson's Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series will be coming out in November, 2012.
Karen Berger, executive editor of Vertigo Imprint, stated, "W'e're thrilled to be adapting this incredible story into a series of graphic novels.
