TEAM ASH! The Iron Daughter by Julie Kagawa (Dee)

Half Summer faery princess, half human, Meghan has never fit in anywhere. Deserted by the Winter prince she thought loved her, she is prisoner to the Winter faery queen. As war looms between Summer and Winter, Meghan knows that the real danger comes from the Iron Fey, iron-bound faeries that only she and her absent prince have seen. But no one believes her. Worse, Meghan's own fey powers have been cut off. She's alone in Faery with only her wits for help. Trusting anyone would be foolish. Trusting a seeming traitor could be deadly. But even as she grows a backbone of iron, Meghan can't help but hear the whispers of longing in her all-too-human heart.

Just wanted to write a quick blog before I head to bed about this book. It's all over Twitter lol Team Puck or Team Ash... of course I am Team Ash!!! This is the second book in Julie Kagawa's The Iron Fey series.

My GoodReads review: (I was so excited over the book when I was finished haha)

" Where do I even begin with this book? I thought the first one was amazing and book 2 was just beyond amazing! This series just keeps getting better and better. I am so in love with Ash and Meg! Their love gives me goosebumps! Everything in these books just seem so real and exciting! I think Julie Kagawa out did herself. I loved the first one, but definitely enjoyed this book better!

I love reading a series where every book is so good, but the next in the series is even better! This book had me on the edge of my seat. If you have not read The Iron King which is the first book in this series then you must! I seriously did not find one thing wrong about this book. I loved everything about it and if I keep typing I will give away spoilers! LOL A MUST MUST READ!"

Days later:

I am still talking about this book! The series in general!!! I find myself thinking a lot about a couple good books I've read since the year started and this is definitely one of them. The whole series in general! To me it just keeps getting better and better! The way this book ended was amazing and just left me hanging on the edge of my seat wondering what that heck is going to happen next. I can not wait to get my hands on the final book of this series. YES I hear it is only three books :-( come on cry with me! lol

I actually had a friend tell me I am becoming way to obsessed with books and honestly I DON'T CARE! LOL I love reading a story where all I do is think about it and get excited every time I have time to sit and finish reading it. Or when out of no where you're laughing and saying to yourself out loud "NO WAY!" or "OMG" lol Well this is one of those books. Definitely read book one if you have not read it yet because book two is almost here and you're in for even more of a ride of emotions. Such a good series! Well off to bed now...well actually going to read a little more and then head to bed. Goodnight world! <3
