FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

There is no age limit to attend this event. However, ID is required. We will be checking IDs and matching them with the name on your ticket. There will not be any alcohol being served at the dinner table, but you are more than welcome to purchase your drink at the bar and bring to the table. 

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Copies of WHITE HOT KISS are included in your ticket price. You will receive your copy at the dinner party where Jennifer L. Armentrout can sign or peronalize it. If you would like to bring books from home, we ask that you limit them to three books, as we only have the space for a limited time. 
Cameras/Video Cameras are allowed. In fact, we welcome them with open arms!

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

If you cannot attend the event, but would like to allow someone else to attend in your place YOU MUST e-mail Events@andersonsbooksny.com so that we can change the name on our guest list. The same applies if you are buying the ticket(s) for someone else with your account, but are not the attendee. 

If you are attending and buying multiple tickets,we do not need everyone's name that will be accompanying you. Just bring the amount of tickets you purchased and your name will be on our guest list + the amount of guest in your party. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. 

What is the refund policy?

You can request a refund anytime from now until February 28th. After February 28th there are no refunds. However, you will still receive your signed copy of WHITE HOT KISS and Goody Bag. :)
