A fun collection about ghouls, ghosts, zombies, and an advice column featuring dead letters from the lovelorn! You'll want to steer clear of Bubba's Cafe after you find out what they serve, and if you teach Group X, you'll be leery of job postings for Certified Zombie Instructors. Quiver, quake and chuckle at these quirky tales of the paranormal.
Sidenote: Click here to read my review of Susan Abel Sullivan's Cursed: Wickedly Fun Stories and to read our interviewed with her. After both books, I'm an a decided fan :)
This is a really-fast read, and as such, my review will be pretty short on this totally-appropriate-for-Halloween read!
Susan Sullivan's Fried Zombie Dee-light is the perfect read for anyone who's looking for a little quirky, a little spooky and a lot of laughter.
From short stories, to songs, to "Zumba Zombies", to an "other-wordly" advice column, Sullivan has this incredible knack for wit and humor. Each segment is sure to bring you to smile and feel like one big kid.
5 out of 5 stars!
P.S. - What an amazing cover, huh?
