GCR Readers!! I hope you had an amazing 4th of July!!
Now, I don't know about all of you - but I know that almost every New Yorker does one of two things on their day off: they either go to the beach or they throw a BBQ. But no matter whichever it is, there is always a great book in their hands!
Thursday's Question of the Day: Did You Spend Your Holiday Reading? And If So, What'd You Read?
LET ME KNOW!!

I did! I started reading two books yesterday and so far I am really into one :-)
ReplyDeleteRavyn's Fall by Julie Blackstone
Well I did see Magic Mike yesterday with the girls. I did start For Darkness Shows the Stars and love it.
ReplyDeleteI stayed home while my hubby ( who actually lights the fireworks) and daughter went to see the fireworks. I stayed home and read a book! So nice and quiet (except for the sounds of others lighting off fireworks). I loved it!
ReplyDeleteI did spend my holiday reading... Worth The Risk by Karen Erickson. Great read!
ReplyDeleteI didn't get much time to read but what I did was of Melissa de la Cruz THE SERPENT'S KISS. It's the second in the Witches of East End series. Very good.
ReplyDeleteI did. I listened to the audiobook of Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn and read A Want so Wicked by Suzanne Young.
ReplyDeleteI finished Bared To You by Sylvia Day (which I loved) and started Obsidian by JLA (and I'm loving it so far)! I also have Beautiful Creatures, Eve and Unraveling checked out of the library to read this coming weekend & week!
ReplyDeleteI devoured the first two books in the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy. It's not as dirty (blushes) as I thought it would be. The plot totally rocks though.
ReplyDeleteNo I didn't get a chance to read. I was busy spending the day with my family and then off to watch the fireworks later that evening.
ReplyDeleteI did read! I pretty much devoured Such a Rush by Jennifer Echols. It was so awesome!
