Well We write what we have coined “risk taking romance”. We write quite far out of the box, with our subjects. We have over 20 books out in the Paranormal Romance and UF genres. We have been writing 6 years and have 7 series out.
2. What's it like writing books with a partner?
We love writing together. As family that doesn’t get to see each other often, it’s a way to hangout and be together. Now I *Stella* write with another friend of ours (charlotte steele) and we have a wonderful writing relationship. It really has to do with who you mesh with, and who understands how your brain works.
OOH tough one. I like Xxieda a lot. She’s fun, and different, or maybe Jane, shes an assassin married to a Genie….
4. Out of everything you've ever written, what are you most proud of and why?
Our snake books. We did something no one else had done in romance, and made it sexy. That we are most proud of.
5. What are some your future goals as far as writing goes?
More work out, LOL. With Audra having her second child it’s a bit hard to write. Im hoping we get 2 more novels finished before the end of the year to submit out.

Are there ever times when you're uncomfortable working together? My mom wanted to write a romance with me, but there was no way I wanted to deal with the romantic scenes with her.

ReplyDeleteAnne: Audra and I didnt grow up together and live on different sides of the Atlantic. We arent us when we write together, We are the characters, so its pretty easy. BUT i could NEVER write with my mum... that would just be creepy LOL
