Shadow Of The Vampire By Meagan Hatfield (Wanda)

Vampire princess Alexia Feodorovna has been undead for 125 years, so it's been a while since any man has made her pulse race. Until Declan Black. One look at his bronzed body and a fire like no other consumes her. Then she discovers that he's a dragon lord come to take revenge on the vamps who killed his parents. And claim a crystal said to imbue its owner with incredible powers. Alexia is ordered to torture and kill the dragon lord. Yet with each reckless encounter, she finds herself consumed by his fiery passion. A passion Declan battles, as well. Will he be able to resist the fire of lust she kindles within him and keep revenge in his heart? Or will he risk everything to quench the burning desire and claim the vampire as his own?

Now I'm not really into Paranormal kind of books. But I'm going to be really honest. What brought my attention to the book was the cover. After I saw the cover I read the description and I was convinced. I had to read it.

So as my friend (Dee) wrote in her own review of "Shadow Of A Vampire", Reading this book is like watching a movie in your head. For every word I read I imagined a scene in my head. Meagan knows how to write a scene so well that you envision yourself in her book as an extra.

Well in "Shadow of a Vampire" Alexa and Declan were rivals, she was a vampire and he was a dragon. And they both were after each other for revenge and after a crystal that has magical powers. But things start slowly changing after Alexa captures Declan and basically holds him prisoner, but is he a prisoner of her desire? I can't write more without spoiling the book. But this is a MUST buy MUST read. It's defintely a GOOD CHOICE for READING.
