I love this story! This is one of those books you can pick up and be done with it four hours later, or maybe even less. It’s a super-fast read with everything you want in a contemporary romance. It’s filled with lots of emotions that you just can’t help but fall in love with Liam and root for him.

Liam is filled with regret and the way the author puts his feelings down on paper made him seem so real. I felt everything he felt as if I went through it all myself. I was an emotional mess while reading. He returns home to Beaumont after so many years to find that his life was there all along. Liam had so much waiting for him and he didn’t even know it. And once he figures everything out, he makes changes and doesn’t give up until he has the woman he loves, and the life he always wanted.

What I loved most about this read is that the author does not waste page after page explaining things, or dragging scenes out. She gets right to it and keeps the story moving. There was only one scene I wish would have been a bit different and made bigger than it was, but I can’t really share what that is without sharing a spoiler. It was something minor that I am sure readers will bypass and probably not agree with me. But I will say it wasn’t anything to ruin the story.

I was concerned about a love triangle, and some have even sent me private messages asking if there is a love triangle, and the answer is yes and no. I hate love triangles. I don’t think anyone in this world hates love triangles as much as I do. However, the one in Forever My Girl didn’t feel like a triangle to me. She wrote it so well and with a good outcome that it did not bug me one bit. I was happy with all the results and the way everything ended.

I rate Forever My Girl 4.5 stars. It’s a great start to a great series that I am looking forward to reading. A Good Choice for Reading!!
