Hey guys!
Today I want to give some cover love to Melinda Metz and Laura J. Burns "Sacrifice." Sacrifice is the sequel to "Crave." You can find my review for Crave HERE.
First, I want to say that I am not sure if this is the final cover, but I hope it is. I think it fits the series perfectly. I haven't read Sacrifice yet, but when I think about Crave, the cover sort of makes sense to me LOL.
Synopsis contains a bit of a spoiler to Crave.
Gabriel and Shay are convinced that they can make their relationship work. Knowing that Shay is half-vampire, Gabriel thinks that his coven will embrace her as one of their own, but instead they view her as an abomination, a thing that doesn’t belong in either world. And they want her dead. Now Gabriel must make the ultimate decision - watch his love be killed by his coven or defy the people closest to him, the people he has spent centuries with to save her.

What are your thoughts on the new cover?
It's been a while since I've read Crave, but I think that the cover of Sacrifice really fits the theme. Plus, there's a sort of connection between the two covers. But I think I like the first cover more. Maybe because it's Gabriel. Don't know why, but I think I like Gabriel WAY more than Shay. :)

Wow, first of all, I haven't read either of the books. That being said, if I'm going to be imagining THAT guy as Gabriel, I'm going to be slobbering and drooling all over the damn cover. The two covers seem to be linked, but there is a distinct difference in them. Crave's cover is very androgynous and manly, mysterious even. Whereas the Sacrifice cover with Shay seems more ethereal, magical and feminine. Overall, I'm loving both the covers...they're beautiful. Thanks for sharing them with us Damaris! :D
